Our Kickboxing Fitness program is the perfect blend of martial arts technique and high-intensity interval training. Led by NASM-certified Coach Ava Johnson, these classes are designed to torch calories, build lean muscle, and teach you real striking skills - all in one hour.

Each class follows a structured format: dynamic warm-up, technique instruction, combination rounds on heavy bags, partner pad work, and a core-crushing finisher. Coach Ava programs every class to hit all major muscle groups while keeping the energy high and the movements engaging.

This isn't your typical cardio kickboxing class where you punch air. You'll train on real heavy bags, learn proper form, and develop legitimate striking ability. But you don't need any experience to start - our instructors break down every technique and offer modifications for all fitness levels. Many members start in kickboxing fitness and later transition into our Muay Thai or MMA programs.
