Coach Ava brings energy, expertise, and passion to every kickboxing fitness class she teaches. A NASM-certified personal trainer with a background in competitive kickboxing, Ava has spent 8 years developing the perfect fusion of martial arts technique and high-intensity fitness training.

Before joining Chop MMA, Ava trained at several top kickboxing gyms and competed in amateur kickboxing, compiling a 6-1 record. Her transition to coaching was natural — she discovered she loved helping others transform their bodies and build confidence even more than competing herself.

Ava's classes are legendary for their energy and results. She programs every session to maximize calorie burn while teaching legitimate striking technique. Her students don't just get fit — they learn to throw a proper cross, check a kick, and defend themselves. Many of her kickboxing fitness students eventually transition into the Muay Thai or MMA programs, a progression she actively encourages.
