Membership Cancellation

All month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You will continue to have access to classes through the end of your current billing period.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be cancelled after the initial 12-month commitment period with 30 days written notice. Early termination of annual memberships is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the difference between the discounted annual rate and the standard monthly rate for the months used.

Trial Class and Introductory Offers

Our free trial class has no financial commitment. The 2-Week All-Access Pass ($29) is non-refundable but may be credited toward a membership if you enroll within 7 days of your pass expiring.

Kids Starter Package

The Kids Starter Package uniform (gi) is non-refundable once opened. The monthly tuition portion follows the same cancellation policy as standard memberships.

Private Lessons and Workshops

Private lessons and workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Merchandise and Equipment

Unused merchandise and equipment purchased from our pro shop may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Used items, including uniforms that have been washed or worn in training, are non-refundable.

Freezing Your Membership

Members may freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year for medical reasons, travel, or other qualifying circumstances. Frozen memberships incur a $10/month hold fee to maintain your rate and membership status.
